Well tonight I went to Coast for sushi with Mike. I am not a huge fan of sushi but I am trying to broaden my horizons and try more. I have a hard time getting passed uncooked fish. I love fish and honestly I think sushi tastes good but I just have to fight the thoughts of it being uncooked and the texture of it. Tonight I went all out and let Mike pick everything we ate. I loved it all! (well except for the hamachi) but overall all the rolls were great and the eel was fabulous! So I think I will be going out for sushi again in the future!
